IAEP welcomes you to attend this live presentation featuring an Illinois Department of Natural Resources Endangered Species Update which will include a review of the EcoCat process, consultation, IDNR recommendations, protection of species and permitting. One of the species that will be addressed is the Northern long-eared bat and how IDNR protection differs from the US Fish and Wildlife 4(d) ruling. This will be a very informative presentation that will help consultants, academics, engineers and municipality staff come away with a better understanding of the IDNR perspective and consultation process.
