General Membership
Available to individuals with a minimum of three years of experience as an environmental professional. General Members can attend Seminars at the Membership Rate, have voting privileges and are eligible to elect directors to serve on the IAEP board.

Associate Membership
Available to individuals who are, or actively seek to become, involved in environmental professional activities, and do not meet the requirements of a General Member. Associate members can attend Seminars at the Membership Rate, but do not have voting privileges and cannot elect directors to serve on the IAEP board.

Student Membership
Available to those individuals who are pursuing a career in the environmentally related field. Student members can attend Seminars at a reduced cost.   Student members do not have voting privileges and cannot elect directors to serve on the IAEP board.

Corporate Membership
Available to corporations,  government agencies, trade groups, and companies supporting the environmental profession and have one or more employees or principals who meet the requirements of General Membership. Corporate Members receive all the benefits of a General Member in addition to the following: 

  • A General Membership and Voting Privileges for one of its qualified staff members;
  • Floating Privileges - Up to five employees may attend events and seminars at the Membership Rate;
  • Free job postings
  • An Online Profile and Link on the IAEP website.

Institutional and Government Membership

Available to educational institutions, government agencies, non-profit organizations and foundations

  • A General Membership and Voting Privileges for one of its qualified staff members;
  • Floating Privileges - Up to five employees may attend events and seminars at the Membership Rate;
  • Free job postings
  • An Online Profile and Link on the IAEP website.
