The webinar will provide an overview of
the specific laws designed to protect birds, including the
Migratory Bird Treaty Act, Bald and Golden Eagle Protection
Act, and Endangered Species Act. Avian specialists will
describe and discuss the unique impacts that power
generation, such as wind and solar, and its transmission
have on bird species and the different ways that the energy
industry has sought to reduce avian impacts.
